Some ITACS users are receiving the message “You have to access the requested page from the home page.” when accessing ITACS at the correct link (https://itacs.fda.gov) and are unable to query entries. FDA has found that this problem can be resolved if users clear their browser’s cache by deleting temporary internet files and cookies and then restarting the browser. If you continue to receive this message after clearing your browser’s cache, please contact FDA at itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov
