CSMS #14-000304 issued May 30, 2014 has been retracted. Due to the request of the trade community the mandatory date of July 1, 2014 has been changed to September 1, 2014. The new version of the CBP Form 5106 with the expiration date of 05/31/2016 is posted at

This version can be used immediately but will be mandatory September 1, 2014. Any versions used after this date will not be accepted.
