Due to a recent Trillium update, users submitting truck manifests via the ACE Portal are reporting receiving the error “invalid mx combination for trip”. The error is caused by Shipper/Consignee information stored in the users Portal Account. This issue is currently being investigated and additional guidance will be provided once a solution is known. In the meantime, when a user receives the above reference error the user should manually correct the rejected Mexican state code on the manifest.
