THE ENTRY AND IMPORT SPECIALIST DIVISIONS AT THE PORT OF NOGALES, ARIZONA WILL

BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2013. WE ARE MOVING INTO NEW FACILITIES

AND WILL NOT BE SET UP TO CONDUCT BUSINESS UNTIL TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2013.

FILERS WITH BUSINESSES LOCATED IN NOGALES OR THOSE WHO HAVE FILED RLF ENTRIES

ENTRIES IN NOGALES WILL BE GRANTED AN ADDITIONAL DAY WITHOUT PENALTY FOR

LATE-FILED ENTRIES OR PAYMENT OF DUTIES THAT WOULD BE DUE ON DECEMBER 2, 2013.

THE NEW DUE DATE FOR ENTRY FILING AND PAYMENT OF DUTIES IS DECEMBER 3, 2013.
