ACE Portal Accounts

As detailed in previous communications regarding the ACE Reports software upgrade, ACE Report users running Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 must verify that “Compatibility View” is disabled prior to logging on to your ACE Portal Account and launching the new ACE Reports Interface tool. “Compatibility View” and “Compatibility View settings” are located in the “Tools” drop-down menu of your Internet Explorer browser. In addition, per “Section 1.1: Standard Reports/Topic 1.1.5: Troubleshooting” in Chapter 1, of the ACE Reports User Guide, users running Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 must ensure that “Preferences” are set to Rich Internet Application for ACE Reports to function properly.

Please see the attached document which provides a quick reference guide on editing the Compatibility View and the ACE Reports “Preferences/Web Intelligence” settings.

Should you have any questions or need further assistance running ACE Report, please contact us at the CBP Technology Service Desk at 1-866-530-4172 or you may send an email to: ace.support@cbp.dhs.gov .
