On September 7, 2013, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) deployed a change to ACE Reports allowing brokers with an ACE Secure Data Portal account to access the AM–100 Courtesy Notice of Liquidation report. Prior to this update, only Importers could access this report. CBP has updated the Courtesy Notice of Liquidation Report Change Information Notice to assist brokers locate and run the AM-100 Courtesy Notice of Liquidation report.
