FDA has become aware that some document uploads attempted via the Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) are failing. This problem is being actively worked on and a resolution should be in place shortly. Until that time, if documents are submitted through ITACS and the upload is unsuccessful, please submit the documents on paper until the problem is corrected. We will advise trade as soon as a resolution is implemented.
