Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, June 29, 2013 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.

NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, June 29, 2013 and end at 0800 EDT Sunday, June 30, 2013. If ACE Production becomes available before 0800, a CSMS Message will be issued.

Below are the fixes that will be deployed:

ACE_IR_1075 - Currently, the trade can arrive in-bond cargo at its in-bond destination port at any of the following three levels; In-Bond, BOL, Equipment. When the trade arrives a portion of the in-bond at the destination port (either by BOL or Equipment level), they are unable to file a subsequent in-bond until all other portions of the previous in-bond have been arrived. This change will allow the trade to file a subsequent in-bond leg for any portion of the in-bond (BOL or Equipment) that has already arrived at its destination.

ACE_IR_1235 – Improve the FAST MEDPID conveyance query response to the trade in a scenario where the conveyance exists yet the status is 'Inactive'.

ACE_PR_48190 – This fixes a problem where an Equipment Description may be incorrect on various trade and CBP BOL reports generated from the Automated Data Warehouse.

ACE_PR_48414 – This fixes a problem where a BOL number is allowed to be re-used before the three year restricted time period has elapsed when invoked on the portal.

ACE_PR_48663 – Fixes a problem where the X12 download to terminal operators generates an empty N10 segment in a hazmat X12 309 download file.
