This message is to notify the Trade that the Center Test Guidelines have been updated and posted to the website at
http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/trade_transformation/industry_int/test_guidelines.ctt/test_guidelines.pdf.
This new version provides additional guidance regarding the required subject line for emails when sending documentation to the Centers, clarification of revenue collections, instructions concerning how to discontinue Center participation. We have also added a Table of Changes in the back to make it easier to find out the updates that have been made. Questions regarding this document may be sent to CEE@cbp.dhs.gov.
