CBP is aware that an error caused a large number of entries to fail “paperless” and the trade received an “intensive exam” or “entry documents required” response. This erroneous setting started at 1020 EDT and was corrected at 1210 EDT June 26, 2013.



Unfortunately documents will still be required on the entries that failed ‘paperless’.





CBP apologizes for the inconvenience.
