All Air Carriers and ABI In-bond Filers
CBP continues to receive questions regarding Air In-bond notifications.
Air AMS transfer detail submitted prior to May, 16 @1448 EDT which did not result in receiving a Freight Status Notification (FSN) disposition code 1D must be cancelled (TRN/000) and resubmitted via Freight Record Change (FRC) message to receive the FSN disposition code 1D.
This also applies to incomplete processing of Air in-bond data (QX Transactions) for which output was not sent. The Air in-bond data must be cancelled via the QX transaction using QX10 Action code D (delete) and resubmitted via QX10 Action code A (add).
