Customs Brokers - we would like to share the basic outline for CBP’s proposed continuing education requirement as part of the 19 CFR Part 111 overhaul. We will be sharing a high level framework developed as a co-creation effort between CBP and the brokerage community. We will be hosting two webinars on May 2nd: 10am EDT and 4pm EDT. The content for both will be the same, and we will be taking questions live.

CBP is continuing to conduct public Webinars as we develop our proposed rule for 19 CFR Part 111. This is part of CBP’s “Role of the Broker” initiative, which looks to meaningfully transform the relationship between the customs broker and CBP.
