ATTENTION ALL TRADE USERS: The 2012 ACE Customer Satisfaction Survey closes on March 29, 2013 at midnight. This is the last opportunity to provide your assessment of ACE. To date, CBP has received 337 responses; this is only 67% of our goal of 500, and 20 fewer than last year.
CBP encourages all importers, brokers, carriers and other trade community users of the system to take the 5-10 minute survey, so that it can formally gauge the areas where ACE is doing well and where improvement is needed. A large response will ensure that there is greater statistical validity to the results. To access the survey click on the following URL: http://www.surveyshare.com/s/AQA64ZD.
Also, there is a Spanish language survey for southern border carriers. The link for this survey is:http://www.surveyshare.com/s/AQAS6YB . Please make your Spanish speaking land border carriers aware of this opportunity to provide their feedback.
