As reported in CSMS 13-000129, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provided clarification on ACE System Outages and requested that the Trade user community report any specific ACE system performance issues and concerns to cbp.technology.support@dhs.gov .
Unfortunately, there was an error with the email address used in this message. The correct email address to report specific ACE system performance issues and concerns is: ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov .
Please refer to the attached updated notice for information on ACE planned and unscheduled outages.
