Attn: ACE Entry Summary and In-Bond Filers and Software Developers

Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window for Saturday, February 23, 2013, the following enhancements/fixes impacting ACE Entry Summary and In-Bond filers will be deployed to ACE Production.

ACE_IR_926 – ACE will no longer generate the error '005 NO CONSIGNEE/NOTIFY PARTY DATA FOUND' when a CATAIR In-Bond (QP Long) or FTZ/Warehouse Withdrawal message is received without the segments for the Notify Party grouping (QP60 to QP62).

ACE_PR_46932 – ACE Entry Summary will longer be incorrectly accepted even though the specified Periodic Monthly Statement has already been produced for the period.

Issue #685

ACE_PR_47945 - Corrects a problem where ABI In-Bonds containing FTZ Sub-Zone data may not be processing and/or storing data correctly.

ACE_PR_48130 – Lowercase characters will no longer be generated in the CATAIR response (QT) message (which may cause a failure in a trading partner's system).

ACE_PR_48330 - Fixes a problem where an ABI CATAIR WT message does not conform to the implementation guide. Currently, the 95 segment (accept/reject) is generated in an incorrect order of 10, 95, 20. The correct segment order should be 10, 20, 95.
