Attn: ACE Entry Summary Filers and Software Developers



Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window for Saturday, January 26, 2013, the following enhancements/fixes impacting the ACE Entry Summary filers will be deployed to ACE Production.





ACE_PR_45439 - Prevents the rejection of an ACE Entry Summary Create/Update 'AE' filing when the Harmonized Tariff Schedule table has a conflicting Begin Date/End Date range.



ACE_PR_46319 - Will send the ACE Entry summary Status Notification message (ABI aplication identifier UC) to the correct party when entry summary ownership is severed as the result of another filer's PSC filing.

Issue #614



ACE_PR_46533 - Will prevent the incorrect generation of error message 'BROKER NOT AUTHORIZED IN PORT' for an ACE Entry Summary Create/Update response in a scenario when a PSC is submitted.

Issue #619



ACE_PR_46985 - Fixes a problem to keep the ACE and ACS FIRMS account data in synch.



ACE_PR_47088 - Error message 'RLF REQUIRES ELEC INVOICE' will no longer be generated in an ABI Entry Summary Create/Update response for the scenario where an input batch contains both RLF blocks and non-RLF blocks.



ACE_PR_48249 - Will prevent multiple identical In-bond Movement Authorization messages from being sent to a trade partner in a scenario where multiple In-bonds are added to a single BOL via a single CATAIR QP message.
