THE PRESIDENT HAS SIGNED AN EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING Monday, December 24, 2012 as a Federal
holiday. Statements that are due on Monday, December 24, 2012 may be paid electronically prior to December 26, 2012. Entry summaries and statements due on Monday, December 24, 2012 may be presented and paid on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 without penalty.
