Attn: Ocean and Rail Manifest Software Developers

Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window for Saturday, December 15, 2012, the following enhancements/fixes impacting the ocean and rail trade community will be deployed to ACE Production.

ACE_PR_48231 – X12 309 Downloads being sent to Port Authorities or Terminal Operators are being corrected to include the M1309 field (BOL issues SCAC).

ACE_PR_48233 – In-bond move authorizations and entered and release notifications were not being sent after a previous container mis-match caused them to be suppressed even though the container mis-match was later resolved. This will correct the problem and send the authorizations and notifications.

ACE_PR_48257 – Will resolve the issue where Terminal Operators were receiving a Hold Resent value of ‘Y’ even though the original Hold notification had not yet been sent.

ACE_PR_47778 - EDI data rejects due to invalid characters. Please see CSMS Message #12-000407 for specifics of the invalid special characters. Note: This functionality was deployed to ACE Certification on October 24, 2012.

Please contact your Client Rep should you have any questions.
