Below are the fixes that impact the ACE Entry Summary filers:

ACE_CR_3988 – This changes the way an ACE 'Entry Summary Create/Update' transaction will be evaluated. Currently any known 10-Record through 90-Record found to contain only spaces (other than the record identifier) would result in the entire batch being rejected. This change will no longer result in the entire batch being rejected. Instead, if a record contains only spaces, one or more field validations will be applied.

Issue #902

ACE_PR_48315 – The Action Date field will now be populated when an ACE ABI ‘Entry Summary Status Notification’ message (application identifier UC) when the disposition type code = ‘8’ (PSC ownership change).

Issue #920
