Effective immediately, port code 1402 (Newport News, VA) is inactive for CBP transactions. All CBP transactions should be filed using port code 1401 (Norfolk-Newport News, VA). This change aligns port operations with 19 C.F.R 101.3. Contact Ms. Suzanne McGrann, Assistant Port Director Trade, at 757-533-4205 if questions or issues arise from this change.
