Attn: ACE ABI Software Developers
Please be advised that during the weekly maintenance window scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2012, the following enhancement impacting the ABI software developers will be deployed to ACE PRODUCTION:
ACE_CR_3912 - This change allows a trade participant to submit an Antidumping (AD)/Countervailing (CVD) consumption entry summary (Entry Type 03) via Remote Location Filing (RLF).
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an additional fix that must be deployed to allow for certification for cargo release for an RLF Type 03 Entry Summary. This fix is scheduled to be deployed on October 20, 2012.
In the interim, if an RLF Type 03 Entry Summary is transmitted and is certified for cargo release, the cargo release cannot be processed and the filer will receive the following reject: G9C – REMOTE ENTRY/ENTRY TYPE CONFLI
You will be notified via CSMS when the additional fix is deployed on October 20, 2012.
Please contact your Client Rep should you have any questions.
