CBP is aware that certain ocean carriers are receiving extraneous vessel arrival messages. To alleviate the problem, the ocean/rail portal functionality will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes at 2320 EDT.
Ocean / Rail EDI messages will continue to be accepted; EDI responses, however, will be temporarily delayed.
