We are getting a number of reports from the trade that they are unable to connect with CBP systems. The Network Team is working this issue but it has not yet been resolved.



If you are experiencing this problem, please reboot your router. This has resolved some of the problems for the trade.



If the reboot does not solve your connectivity issue, please contact the Technology Services Desk at 866-530-4172 and request that your company name and point of contact be added to Ticket 684035.



The Network team will continue to work the issue.
