Quota Periods:

October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027

Opening Date:

Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET)

This quota is expected to oversubscribe at Opening Moment.

The Trade may transmit the quota entry summaries in ACE on October 1, 2026, from 12:00 A.M. (midnight) local port time until 12:00 P.M. (noon) ET only. Entry summaries reported early (before 12:00 A.M. midnight local port time) or late (after 12:00 P.M. noon ET) will not be processed for the opening, however early transmissions may be retransmitted within the proper range of time.

Please immediately report transmission problems to the ACE Client Representative and the Quota and Agriculture Branch (QAB). Notification delays may result in exclusion from the opening. Entry summaries with transmission issues submitted late will be reviewed and handled by QAB on a case-by-case basis.
