CSMS # 69941677 - CORRECTION: Update to ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Error Dictionary (V53)

This CSMS corrects CSMS 69915227 by updating the applicable Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) number to be 9903.03.15.

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V53 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov.

This update includes the following error:

F884 – EXEMPT HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECTION 338

Use of exemption HTS 9903.03.15 for S338 is not allowed because there is no appropriate dutiable CH99 HTS reported on the line.

This update was deployed to both the CERTIFICATION (CERT) and PRODUCTION (PROD) environments on August 26, 2026.
