CSMS # 69635410 - Update to ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary: New Error F883 PSC NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY IEEPA HTS

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V52 has been posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov. This update adds a new validation that prevents filers from submitting a Post Summary Correction (PSC) for a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) entry type 06 if the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) HTS is modified in any way. The update includes the following error:

F883: PSC NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY IEEPA HTS

This update was deployed to both the CERTIFICATION (CERT) and PRODUCTION (PROD) environments on August 21, 2026.
