SUBJECT: Non-Selection of Applicants Seeking to Operate a Centralized Examination Station (CES) at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

REFERENCES: 19 C.F.R. § 118; 19 C.F.R. §§ 151.1-7, 15; NWK Informational Pipeline No. 25-015-NWK (Announcement of Centralized Examination Station (CES) Application Period and Selection Process for EWR International Airport- dated June 9, 2025)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Public Bulletin is to apprise the public that no applications received from potential operators for a new Centralized Examination Station (CES) in the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) environment were selected during the bid cycle.
BACKGROUND: On June 09, 2025, the Port of New York/Newark issued a Public Bulletin 23-015-NWK announcing that applications for operating a CES would be accepted in accordance with the procedures set forth in 19 C.F.R. § 118.2.
The Port Director has determined there was a non-selection for this CES solicitation. A new solicitation may be considered in the future
