Subject: Area Port of Santa Teresa Commercial Facility - Adjustment to Commercial Operating Hours

Distribution: Customs Brokers, Importers and Other Interested Parties

Purpose: This Trade Information Notice (TIN) is to inform all trade stakeholders that, effective March 18, 2026, the Commercial (Cargo) Operating hours at the Area Port of Santa Teresa will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).

This adjustment has been made to streamline the flow of legitimate trade and travel, while simultaneously enhancing our ability to enforce U.S. trade laws and regulations.
