CSMS # 68034342 - An updated Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) DRAFT Implementation Guide (IG) is now available

The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has updated its DRAFT implementation guide. The version 2.7 dated January 14, 2026, replaces version 2.7 dated January 5, 2026, and can be found in the "Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities" section of CBP.gov: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair

The updates made in the January 14, 2026, version reflect clarification language made based on feedback from the trade community.
