Subject: Notice of a Tentative Selection of a Centralized Exam Station (CES) Operator for the Port of Atlanta, Georgia.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Trade Information Notice (TIN) is to announce the tentative selection of a Centralized Examination Station (CES) Operator for the Port of Atlanta, Georgia.
BACKGROUND:
On November 25, 2025, the Port of Atlanta issued TIN Bulletin 66913642 which announced that three applications had been received for potential operators of a CES for the Port of Atlanta, Georgia. That announcement also invited the public to submit any comments to the Port Director as specified under Title 19, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Section SS 118.2.
TENTATIVE SELECTION:
In accordance with 19 CFR SS 118.13, after careful review and rating of the applications received, site evaluations, and public comments, the Port Director hereby announces the tentative selection of the following CES facility for the Port of Atlanta, Georgia:
Cal Cartage Customs Exam Station, LLC
3968 Gilbert Road
Atlanta, GA 30354
The applicant who is tentatively selected to operate the CES must sign a written agreement with CBP prior to commencing operations.
FINAL SELECTION:
A TIN message will be issued to advise of the final selection and the date on which the CES facility will commence operations.
