Subject: Update to Houston Seaport Trade and Agriculture Hold Contact Information. Effective January 11, 2026.

Purpose: This notice is to inform the trade community of updated contact procedures for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) hold questions and general inquiries at the Houston Seaport.

Details: Effective January 11, 2026, Cargo Resolution Desk is no longer active. Additionally, the email address houstonseaporttrade@cbp.dhs.gov and phone number 713-454-8049 are no longer in service for CBP hold inquiries.

To ensure efficient communication and resolution of CBP hold questions and other inquiries, please utilize the following new contact information:
