The purpose of this Information bulletin is to advise shipping agents and all other interested parties that the Vessel Entry and Clearance office will be relocated to the new Centralized Examination Station (CES) for the Port of Charleston, SC. The new CES will commence cargo operations on January 26, 2026. East Coast Warehouse and Distribution has been selected as the authorized Centralized Examination Station (CES) for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Effective January 16, 2026, prior to commencement of cargo operations, Vessel Entrances and Clearances will be processed at the CBP/East Coast CES facility located at:

2035 Sewanee Road, Suite 102

North Charleston, SC 29405
