CSMS # 67158887 - December 24 and 26, 2025, CBP Holiday for Payments

TO: ALL ABI FILERS

The President has signed an Executive Order designating December 24, 2025, and December 26, 2025, as Federal Holidays. Therefore, these dates will now be considered CBP Holidays, like December 25.

Any entries previously transmitted with a statement print date of 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 will still print on those days, but payment will not be due until 12/29/25. Filers who wish to change the payment print date from 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 to 12/29/25 for previously transmitted summaries may do so at their discretion.
