PURPOSE: The purpose of this informational bulletin is to invite written comments regarding the CES applications received for the Port of Atlanta. The application solicitation period closed on November 14, 2025.
BACKGROUND: The Port of Atlanta received three applications for consideration. Prior to a decision being made regarding selection, as set forth in 19 C.F.R 118.12, the public is invited to submit written comments to the Port Director regarding the applications. The public will be provided thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this informational bulletin in which to submit written comments to the Area Port Director.
