CSMS # 66026456 - Production (PROD) Deployment of Error Code Message

On August 26, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy the following error code message to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release Production (PROD) environment:

321 - FIRMS LOCATION NOT IN THE SAME PORT CLUSTER

This error code change is reflected in the Cargo Release Condition Codes document dated August 6, 2025, which can be found on the Supporting Documents tab on cbp.gov.
