CSMS # 65892831 - ACE Cargo Release Certification (CERT) Deployment of Error Code Message

On August 12, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy the following error code message to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release Certification (CERT) environment:

This pertains to type 21 (Warehouse) and type 22 (Re-Warehouse) entries.
321 – FIRMS LOCATION NOT IN THE SAME PORT CLUSTER

This error code change is reflected in the Cargo Release Condition Codes document dated August 6, 2025, which can be found on the Supporting Documents tab on cbp.gov.
