Effective 05/30/2025, the local pipeline/information notice messages process will cease. To continue receiving local information regarding Port and/or Center of Excellence and Expertise (Centers) activity, please subscribe to the new Trade Information Notice (TIN).

The TIN subscription link and location on CBP.gov are listed below:

The TIN will provide the following:

A subscription-based service for CBP and Trade users to receive local messages.
Enhanced communications between Ports, Centers, and the trade.
Communicate local weather alerts and key events.
