CSMS # 64824685 - ACE Truck CAMIR New Disposition Codes - Invalid Cargo Description
The ACE Truck Manifest ANSI X12 350 Message Implementation Guidehas been updated with the following new valid disposition codes (for future use):
- 4H - Invalid shipper hold placed
- 4I - Invalid shipper hold removed
- 6H - Do Not Load – Invalid cargo description, shipper, or consignee hold placed
- 6I - Okay to Load – Invalid cargo description, shipper, or consignee hold removed
- 8H - Invalid cargo description hold placed
- 8I - Invalid cargo description hold removed
- 9H - Invalid consignee hold placed
- 9I - Invalid consignee hold removed
The ACE Truck Manifest UNEDIFACT CUSRES SN Implementation Guide has been updated with new valid disposition codes (for future use):
- SN521 - Do Not Load – Invalid cargo description, shipper, or consignee hold placed
- SN522 - Okay to Load – Invalid cargo description, shipper, or consignee hold removed
- SN523 - Invalid shipper hold placed
- SN524 - Invalid shipper hold removed
- SN525 - Invalid cargo description hold placed
- SN526 - Invalid cargo description hold removed
- SN527 - Invalid consignee hold placed
- SN528 - Invalid consignee hold removed
These disposition codes are related to holds placed for invalid cargo description, shipper, or consignee information, and are part of the automated rejection of insufficient cargo description enhancement in ACE. These codes are not yet deployed in the production environment. The deployment date will be announced in a later CSMS message.
NOTE: Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) will need to program and test their software to incorporate these changes.
