In January 2025, the Department of Commerce’s Regulations Enhancing the Administration of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Trade Remedy Laws became effective. These regulations enhance Commerce’s ability to enforce the trade remedy statutes, including improved coordination with Customs and Border Protection.
