The following changes pertain to Low Value Shipments Safekeeping Specific (LVSS) Instruction Bond:

Draft ACE Cargo Release Status Notification Guide:

• A new disposition code was added to the SO60 record: 32 – INVALID LVSS BOND; CANNOT RELEASE
• The following changes pertain to de minimis:

• 30 – DE MINIMIS MAY BE MET USE ALT ENTRY TYPE
• 33 – ET86 INELIGIBLE COUNTRY; CANNOT RELEASE
