CSMS # 63845984 -Update- ACE Ocean Manifest and ACE Air Entry Type 86 Delayed Outbound Notifications

CBP is aware of delays in ACE Air entry type 86 outbound notifications. CBP is updating CSMS #63844559 to include delays in ACE Ocean Manifest Notifications.

Another CSMS will be issued when the delays are resolved.
