The issue below has been resolved.

FDA is experiencing a network issue which has caused a delay in processing import entries. FDA is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.

Prior Notice is impacted during this time.

Prior Notice may still be submitted via the Automated Broker Interface (ABI)/Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) or via the FDA Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI).

For ACE inquiries, contact FDA ACE Support at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov. FDA ACE Support can be reached from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays).
