CSMS # 63724433 - Resolved - Error 771 and 613 incorrectly triggering for HTS 85423100, 85412900, 85412100, and 85411000

The issue with summaries with HTS numbers 85423100, 85412900, 85412100, and 85411000 not currently accepting transmissions when paired with allowable Section 301 Trade Remedy HTS combinations is RESOLVED.

Filers should resubmit summaries that failed as the result of this problem
