CSMS # 63459368 - ACE Air Manifest, Ocean Manifest and Rail Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications

CBP continues to address the ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest outbound notifications as well as Rail notifications that are also delayed.

Another CSMS will be issued when the backlog has cleared.
