CSMS # 63099378 - Incorrect Exchange Rates Published on November 19

Several exchange rates for November 19 sent to the trade via ABI are incorrect. CBP is working to obtain a correct file from the Federal Reserve Bank. Another CSMS Message will be sent when the new file has been deployed.
