On November 14, 2024, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will launch an enhanced Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI). For more information on the new PNSI, view the following webinar:

Due to the scheduled upgrade, FDA’s Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) application will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, November 14, 2024, to 3:00 a.m. EST on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Prior Notices can also be submitted via U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Automated Broker Interface (ABI) to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
