The Issue RESOLVED.

CBP is aware of an internal database issue that may cause delays in EDI message processing for entries/entry summaries and Manifest messages. Another CSMS will be sent upon resolution.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
