CSMS # 62051704 - EDI transmissions receiving "199 CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION" or "096 RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED" Rejection

CBP is aware of a system issue that resulted in some Manifest EDI messages failing between the timeframe of 9/3 @ 14:16 and 9/3 @ 14:42. This impacts Ocean/Rail/Air and In-bond QP/WP messages.

Any messages that failed with either a 096 RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED or 199CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION can be resubmitted.
