FDA’s ACE Supplemental Guide (SG), version 2.5.11 has been posted on CBP.gov and can be found here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/fda-supplemental-guide

This version of the SG does not contain ACE requirements changes. The following updates are included in FDA SG 2.5.11:

· Updated all Stand-alone references to align with PE CATAIR

· Updated all Industry Code, Class Code & Subclass references to align with FDA Product Code Builder

· Appendix B: Updated CFR References
