CSMS # 61770753 - ACE Truck Manifest Rejections - 487 Missing Req Ship Party Data

CBP is aware of transmissions receiving "487 Missing Req Ship Party Data" rejections. An EDI Update was implemented this morning involving Truck E-Manifest. The Update included a validation that if a reference for Broker Identification with an ABI routing code is transmitted, then the file must include Customs Broker identification.

This validation is essential for the Broker Download process to work and is documented in the Implementation Guide.

The Truck Development Team will rollback this validation today at 2:00 PM EST temporarily allowing the filers the opportunity to make any changes necessary to their systems.
